There has never been a better time to try horse riding. High Beech Riding School in High Beech village, Essex is pleased to offer Horse Riding Beginner Lessons for brand new riders who have never ridden a horse or pony before. It is perfect if you want a one off riding experience; or a first step before booking regular lessons.
Our Beginner Lessons are welcoming, calm and designed to help you feel confident from the very first minute. Your session takes place in our indoor school with a qualified instructor; and for safety your horse will be led by a member of staff so you can focus on the basics without worrying about control or pace.
What happens in a Beginner lesson
- 30 minute private introductory lesson in our indoor school (groups available for children only)
- Learn the basics of riding: walk, halt and some trotting (where appropriate)
- Horse is led by staff throughout for your safety and confidence
- Ideal for complete beginners; including adults and children who have never ridden before
When you can book
Beginner private 1/2 hr lessons can be booked during the week as well as weekends (enquire by phone for details of children beginner groups) :
- Monday 9:30am - 9pm
- Wednesday 9:30am - 9pm
- Thursday 9:30am - 7pm
- Saturday 8am - 6pm
- Sunday 8am - 6pm
