I am pictured here with my 2nd Tammy, the 2nd foal I bred from Vltava a much loved mare who was with us for many years and is much missed. I started High Beech Riding School with my late husband Alf in 1970. My son Chris, who grew up with horses and trained to BHSAI Int SM level, once worked in the school with a view to taking the business over. However, following a bike accident Chris has retired from equestrian work and I continue to run the Riding School alone with the assistance of my good friend and Manager Philippa, as well as my much trusted team of staff.
