Horse Riding Instructor/Escort: Kelly B (Volunteer)

I have been riding since the age of 5 and came to High Beech Horse Riding School in 1997. At that time, I rode on a Sunday and helped out around the yard before and after my lesson. Eventually I was given the opportunity to work on Thursday evenings and Sundays, for which I received a ride. After finishing my college course, I worked at High Beech Horse Riding School on a full time basis for 4 years. During that time I was given the opportunity to take my BHS Stage 1, NVQ Level 2 and Level 3, BHS Ride & Road Safety and First Aid training.  Since starting up my own Business I sadly spend less time at the Yard, but I do frequently enjoy helping out to cover Staff holidays teaching and escorting rides when needed which means I still get to see my favourite horse Albert!
