Our pony parties in Essex are a fun, hands-on experience where children can learn how to care for and pamper the ponies, enjoy time in the saddle, and take home amazing memories. High Beech Riding School is based in High Beech, Essex, close to Epping Forest. Our parties include traditional gymkhana style pony games and riding activities, making them ideal for children who love ponies and want a special birthday celebration.
What’s included in our pony parties
Our 2 hour pony parties combine pony care activities with supervised riding time; with our friendly team on hand throughout.
- Pony grooming and care: hands-on activities helping children learn how to look after ponies
- Group riding session: a 30 minute group ride in our indoor school
- Optional led walkout (summer): a led walkout in Epping Forest (weather and availability dependent)
- Photo opportunities: moments during grooming and riding; group photos available on request
Picnic area and party time
Our picnic area can be reserved for 30 minutes after the pony session to enjoy birthday cake and tea. We ask that parents who are not dropping off and who wish to stay are kept to a maximum of one per child.
Ages and availability
- Pony parties are available for children aged 6 years+
- Please enquire for activities available to children aged 4 years+
- Advanced booking is recommended to avoid disappointment
