Mistral

Mistral, known to us all as Misty, was born to Duchess in June 2012 and came to us as a foal at foot. Starting life as a very brave and very black little foal, you will see from her picture she has now grown up to be just as beautiful and popular as her Mother with her fabulous spot. Named after the warm winds of Northern France, a place where Gloria and Chris found much pleasure over the years.
She was backed by the staff her at High Beech in 2016, and is now proving herself to be a very reliable, solid member of the team. She has her own fan club of more advanced riders. This plucky little Apaloosa offers a fabulous ride both in the indoor school and out in the forest on a hack but take note, she is not for the beginner or novice rider.   She has been a good field friend to Nirvana, but is equally as happy in the horse herd alongside her Mum which is always sweet to see.
